Roadside Assistance

AAA Roadside Assistance will come to you if you are experiencing any difficulty that renders your vehicle, or a vehicle in which you are riding, inoperative or unsafe to drive. The vehicle can be at your home, on a public highway, driveway, parking area or garage, as long as it is accessible to a AAA service vehicle.

Mechanical First Aid

A AAA service facility will attempt minor mechanical adjustments that can be made to the disabled vehicle at the scene in order to place it in safe driving condition.

Bicycle Breakdown Service

Bicycle Breakdown Service is automatically included with an Ohio Auto Club Membership. Members can use any of their yearly service calls for Bicycle Breakdown Service. The bicycle towing mileage works the same as vehicle towing mileage: Classic – 3 miles, Plus – 100 miles, Premier – 100 miles and one 200 mile tow.

Got a flat? We’ve got a fix for that!

AAA Ohio members experience more than 90,000 flat tires every year. With AAA’s Tire Service & Repair program, many of these members will be on their way, right away! Rather than replacing your damaged tire with the “donut” in your trunk, we’ll quickly, safely – and inexpensively – fix your flat in just a few minutes.

If your tire is damaged beyond repair, we’ll gladly change the tire if you have a spare. If you don’t have a spare (and some newer cars don’t), we can always tow you to AAA Car Care Plus or the service facility of your choice.

AAA Battery Service

AAA offers a 3-year free replacement on batteries.
Each year over 7 million motorists are stranded because of a dead battery. With today’s low-maintenance automobiles, it’s easy to forget about it. Whether at the side of the road or your neighborhood AAA Car Care Plus, you can rest easy knowing you will get the same reliable battery service you have come to know and expect.

At AAA Car Care Plus, we install the high-quality AAA battery. With a 3-year free replacement, we stand behind the AAA battery which was made with our members in mind.

You can make a non-emergency appointment to have AAA replace your battery. Just call 800-AAA-HELP within seven days of when you’d like to schedule the service. Appointments are available between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Locked Out Of A Vehicle

If you’re ever locked out of your car? AAA lockout service can help.
The AAA service provider will attempt to gain entrance to the vehicle by the use of special door opening tools. We’ll get your door open and you back on the go usually in just a few minutes. If we can’t get your door open or you need the services of a locksmith, we’ll cover that too, as outlined in our Scope of Service.

Towing

If your vehicle cannot be started after attempting any of the services described above, or because of an accident or when in the service provider's judgment the vehicle cannot be placed in a safe driving condition, it will be towed.

Out Of Fuel

Running your tank dry can be a surprisingly easy thing to do. Fortunately, AAA provides free fuel delivery to thousands of stranded members every year. All you have to do is pay for the fuel itself at current pump prices!
