A private Medicare Exchange is a marketplace that allows Medicare eligible participants the ability to shop for a personalized benefits package from a broad selection of benefit plans which includes medical, vision, and dental coverage.
Offered by private Medicare-approved insurance companies, these plans are designed to pay many of the costs not paid by Parts A and B, filling in the gaps.

Part A is hospital insurance that helps covers inpatient care in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and hospice, along with home health care.

Part B is medical insurance that helps cover medically necessary services like doctor’s services, outpatient care, durable medical equipment, home health services, and other medical services.  It also covers some preventive services. Most people pay a monthly premium, which typically comes directly out of your Social Security check. Part B also has a yearly deductible.

Offered by private Medicare-approved insurance companies, this plan provides coverage for prescription drugs as determined by Medicare. This coverage may be included as part of many Medicare Advantage Plans and is also available as a stand-alone policy to complete your coverage with a Medicare Supplement plan.
No, Aon’s services are offered at no additional cost to you. You only pay the cost of the coverage you choose.
