Travel & Retail +

As a travel professional in our retail locations, you will interact with AAA members and:

Promote AAA Travel products and plan trips for members

Insurance +

AAA Insurance Agency represents a number of quality carriers, meeting the unique needs of our members. As an agent, you can enjoy:

AAA Car Care Plus +

Our AAA-owned auto repair facilities, located in the Columbus area, are always looking for ASE-certified techs. We offer:

Hourly pay, plus monthly productivity bonus
Five-day workweeks
Shops closed on Sundays
Techs are assigned a battery tester and a tablet for digital inspections
Cintas uniforms and annual footwear allowance
ASE certification and re-certification costs are 100% company paid

Emergency Road Service Call Center +

Fleet +

Consider becoming a tow truck operator or a battery service technician with AAA. Members of our fleet enjoy:

Working with the public to diagnose vehicles at the roadside or to tow the vehicle to a repair shop
Paid training in either towing or battery service (Must be DOT Certified to drive a tow truck/flatbed)
Incentives for battery service technicians based on the amount of batteries sold
Shifts available for daytime, night time and weekends
