We know you’re busy. We’d like to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Sometimes we can’t fix your car on the spot. When that happens, we’ll gladly tow your vehicle to one of our Car Care Plus facilities, an Approved Auto Repair location, your home, your mechanic, or your cousin George’s house. He’s always been good with cars, right?
Requesting road service online is easy and convenient. Just enter your location and describe the reason you need help. Once you hit “submit”, a confirmation will appear, letting you know that your request was successful. This confirmation will also give you an estimated time of arrival for the road service provider.
One of our ERS counselors will call you to confirm the information you submitted and ensure you’re in a safe location. In most cases, you’ll get a second call back when the truck is nearby.
