Ray has been with AAA Ohio since 2014 and manager in the automotive service industry for 16 years. Ray has a background of being an ASE-certified Master Automobile Technician with over 37 years experience in the automotive service industry. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with family and friends, sporting events and Ohio State University athletics. Ray has had a passion for collecting Hot Wheels for over 30 years.

Lynsie graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Sport Studies. She went on to complete two Master of Science degrees at Miami before joining AAA in 2011. Lynsie is now a Certified Travel Agent and has destination specialist certifications for North America, Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean, Central and Southern Europe. In her spare time, she enjoys choral singing, traveling, trivia nights, and spending time with family and friends.
