General merchandise (excluding Attraction Tickets, see below) purchased from eshop.aaa.com is shipped from our facilities in Columbus, Ohio. Merchandise is shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost-effective based on the weight of the item(s).
Delivery to most areas in Ohio is within 7-10 business days.
Luggage
Luggage purchased from eshop.aaaohio.com is shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you order more than one piece, each piece will be shipped separately.
Delivery to most areas in Ohio is within 10-14 business days.
Attraction Tickets
Attraction tickets purchased from eshop.aaaohio.com are shipped insured via USPS from our facilities in Worthington, Ohio.
Delivery to most areas in Ohio is within 7-10 business days.
General Merchandise
Purchasers may return merchandise (excluding Attraction Tickets, see below) purchased from eshop.aaaohio.com for any reason provided that:
Refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase the item. The amount refunded will be the cost of the item, including tax, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds can be made in person at any AAA Ohio Auto Club store or by mailing the item at the purchaser's expense to:

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer's defect, the purchaser may choose to have a refund issued as described above or have a replacement item sent to them at no additional charge, provided that:
To return a damaged or defective item shipped via UPS, please call us 1-888-222-6446 to request a pick up by UPS. If the item was shipped via the US Postal Service, the item(s) should be shipped at the customers expense. AAA Ohio Auto Club will then credit the card used for purchase in the amount of the additional shipping charge. Pack the item in the original shipping container, if available. Please include the invoice/receipt along with an explanation of the damage or defect. Indicate on the invoice/receipt if a refund or replacement item is preferred. Damaged or defective items may also be returned to any AAA Ohio Auto Club office for a refund, however, a replacement can be made only if the item is in stock at that location.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be made only for merchandise with a manufacturer's defect or that is damaged in shipping.
Attraction Tickets
Attraction tickets are non-refundable.
