Running your tank dry can be a surprisingly easy thing to do. Fortunately, AAA provides free fuel delivery to thousands of stranded members every year. All you have to do is pay for the fuel itself at current pump prices!
"2 out of 3 AAA calls are fixed on the spot."
Each year millions of motorists are stranded because of a dead battery. With today's low-maintenance automobiles, it's easy to forget about it. AAA's Mobile Battery Service comes to the rescue of millions of members every year who are experiencing battery problems.
If you answered yes to any of these questions, it's time to get your battery checked. Don't wait until it's too late!
Call 800.AAA.HELP
You can make a non-emergency appointment* to have AAA replace your battery. Just call 800.AAA.HELP within seven days of when you'd like to schedule the service. Appointments are available between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
AAA members receive up to $25 off the price of the battery and the protection of a three-year replacement warranty.
*AAA prioritizes emergency service requests, so during periods of heavy call volume, battery appointments may have to be rescheduled.
If you're ever locked out of your car... AAA can help. We'll get your door open and you back on the go usually in just a few moments. (If you're a AAA Premier member, we can even help if you've locked yourself out of your house.)
"AAA Ohio Auto Club members experience more than 90,000 flat tires every year."
With AAA's Tire Repair program, many of these motorists will be on their way, right away! Rather than replacing your damaged tire with the "donut" in your trunk, we'll quickly, safely - and inexpensively - fix your flat* in just a few minutes. Just call 800.AAA.HELP for assistance.
*While the repair should be permanent, we recommend that, for your own safety, you have the tire inspected at a AAA-approved facility.
You're online. AAA's road service team is, too. If you need assistance at home or work and your PC is right there, you can easily submit your request for help. You'll get immediate attention - anytime, day or night.
"Customer service is probably my favorite thing about the job."
Requesting road service online is easy and convenient. An electronic form allows you to provide the same information a AAA representative would ask you over the telephone. You simply enter your location and describe the reason you need help. Once the form is submitted, a confirmation will appear, letting you know that your request was successful. This confirmation will also give you an estimated time of arrival for the road service provider.

Cellular phone users may incur charges when calling AAA for help. These charges are nonrefundable. When placing a call, please have the following information available to give to the service counselor:
The service representative sent to help you will need to see both your membership card and your driver's license before rendering service. Presentation of a driver's license is a safety measure that protects your card from unauthorized use if it is lost or stolen.
If your vehicle is started before the service representative arrives, please call immediately to cancel your request. This is important, as each service call is entered into your membership record and will count toward your annual limit of four service calls.
